	Dr. Shirley Mathew, D.D.S, F.A.G.D. Dr. Shirley E. Mathew received her D.D.S. from the University of the Pacific, San Francisco, California. Dr. Mathew has been practicing in California and Texas and was in her Carrollton Office since April 1998. In 2008 Dr. Mathew moved her practice to LakePointe Office Park. Dr. Mathew cares about long-term dental health and demonstrate that concern by belonging to the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Texas Dental Association, and Dallas County Dental Society. Dr. Mathew has also been awarded the Fellowship of Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Mathew participates in an ongoing program of professional development and continuing education to remain current with advances in the profession and to provide quality patient treatment. When not at work Dr. Mathew actively participate in church activities and enjoy working with children. She is also a Sunday School teacher.
	Shaji Mathew Shaji Mathew is the Practice Administrator and the Technology Expert at Creekview Family Dentistry. Shaji received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. Before taking charge of the practice, Shaji was working as Information Systems Specialist for the U.S. Postal Service. Shaji received recognition from the President’s Council on Year 2000 Conversion, while working on the Y2K project for the U.S. Postal Service. Shaji is married to Dr. Mathew and they have a 16 year old son Joshy.
	Lorraine Jurado Lorraine is a native Texan born in The Rio Grande Valley. She graduated with a certificate in Dental Assisting in 1987. This will be her 22nd year in the dental field. Lorraine is patient oriented and take pride in what she does. She genuinely likes her patients. Lorraine has two children. Lorisa age 26 and Marisa age 16. So she stays very busy when not in the office. Her hobbies include reading and country dancing. Lorraine teaches our Dental Assisting Students on Saturdays. Dr. Mathew and Lorraine work together like a well-oiled machine.
	Tonya Pyle Tonya is a native Texan raised in Mabank. She has been in Dentistry for 24 years. She was a chairside assistant for 12 years before she decided she had a love for the front office. Tonya loves all aspects of Dentistry. She has three boys, Corden age 12, Colten age 10 and Colby age 6. Her boys are very active in sports which keeps her very busy when she is not in the office.
	Ashley Qureshi Ashley was born and raised in Texas and have a son who just turned two. His name is Elijah Alexander Reyes. He is her pride and joy. Ashley loves being a Dental Assistant. When not at work Ashley loves to go out with her family and spend time with her son. She truly enjoy going to work every day.
	Thao Nguyen Thao Nguyen is a graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry, Dallas and a Registered Dental Hygienist. Many of our patients appreciate her caring nature. Ms. Nguyen is an asset to our team.
